It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional regarding their fitness and health prior to embarking on the journey. Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns to the Company to ensure appropriate support and assistance can be provided during the expedition.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Clients must agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the countries and regions visited during the hiking expedition. They must follow the instructions and guidance provided by the Company’s guides and staff members to ensure their safety and the safety of fellow participants.
