Tek Bahadur Rai was born in Solukhumbu, the gateway to the Everest region. He has been working with Hiking Himalayas Treks & Expedition since 2007. With many years of experience in the Himalayas, he has excellent knowledge of mountain trails, local culture, and trekking routes.
